STAMFORD, Conn. — The Stamford Police Department is trying to help a lost dog find his way home. 

A photo above shows the male dog that was found after 10 p.m. Sunday wandering in the area of Stamford Toyota, police said. 

Police were still awaiting possible information from the dog's chip.
